What are Equity Management's hours?
The office is staffed Mon. – Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain time. Is Equity Management bonded and insured?
We are fully bonded and insured, and can levy on judgments of $200,000. Are you limited in where we can serve?
Equity Management is the largest full-service process serving company in Montana. We network with process servers and sheriffs throughout the rural areas of Montana as well as throughout the nation, resulting in the most efficient and prompt service of process available. Do I need to provide you the original papers?
Montana law allows papers needing service to be delivered to process server firms like Equity Management via fax or e-mail. We don’t even need the original! MCA 25-3-501 provides that any papers relating to a civil case and requiring service may be faxed to a process server for service. These faxed or e-mailed papers will carry the same weight as the original. So, wherever you may be in our fine state of Montana, know that service for your papers is as close as your fax machine, PC or smartphone! What is the client log-in?
