pride in being Montana’s largest full service process serving company. Our

set a new and improved professional standard for process serving that quells the
unpopular image of the process server skulking about in the shadows, unkempt,
and most importantly, nearly impossible to reach in a hurry!
You will find EMI employees to be proficient, polite and well dressed, (even our
process servers normally wear a tie). EMI’s focus on professionalism extends
from our “home base” to the servers in the field. Hence, we have a fully staffed
office, where you will reach a knowledgeable team member when you most need one!
We are equipped with all the latest communication technology including email
addresses, voice mail and paging systems for each employee. In addition,
computer access for our clients, via the Internet, allows you to monitor the
service of your process through our exclusive
Client Login, giving you confidential and secure up to
the minute status reports. Of course we will provide you with all of the
pertinent information we discover while affecting service of your process!
EMI is fully bonded and insured and can levy on Judgments of $100,000.
Levied funds are forwarded to you every 10 days while we continue to work your
Writ for the allowable 120 days.
EMI maintains a staff of Registered
Process Servers that cover much of Montana. EMI also networks with Process
Servers & Sheriffs throughout the rural areas of Montana and The United States
resulting in the most efficient and prompt service of process available.
