Of course we will provide you with all of the pertinent information we discover while affecting service of your process! EMI is fully bonded and insured and can levy on Judgments of $100,000. Levied funds are forwarded to you every 10 days while we continue to work your Writ for the allowable 120 days. EMI maintains a staff of Registered Process Servers that cover much of Montana. EMI also networks with Process Servers & Sheriffs throughout the rural areas of Montana and The United States resulting in the most efficient and prompt service of process available.
